Welcome to our newly and lovingly renovated apartment Paulina Kaprun, the cozy holiday apartment in the mountains of Austria! This magical place offers a variety of holiday activities, culinary experiences with traditional Austrian cuisine and shopping opportunities right on your doorstep. But that's not all - the impressive surrounding mountains invite you to discover them and offer spectacular hiking and cycling trails as well as an extensive ski area.

DETAILS & ENVIRONMENT

Relax in the cozy living and sleeping area, which offers a tasteful dining area and plenty of storage space for you. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cater for yourself. Enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun on the private balcony while taking in the breathtaking views from the top floor of the building. ​ As an additional highlight, our in-house indoor pool in the basement is available to you free of charge.

 

Your stay with us promises not only comfort, but also unforgettable moments and relaxation. ​

Our apartment is located in the Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn ski area and only a 5-minute walk from Kaprun city center. The ski bus stops just 200 m (3 minutes' walk) from the apartment and takes you to the Maiskogel, Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittenhöhe/Zell am See,  Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Kitzbühel ski areas in no more than 15-30 minutes. A ski school with a ski slope for beginners and a ski rental are in the immediate vicinity.

 

After 300m from the apartment you will find several restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Salzburg is 1 hour away by car. It is only 5 km to Zell am See with the casino and the beautiful lake.

 

The Zell am See - Kaprun golf course and the new Tauern Therme are approx. 5 km away. Our apartment is easily accessible by public transport (by train to Zell am See, by bus to Kaprun).

LEISURE ACTIVITIES
IN KAPRUN & SURROUNDINGS

During the warm season you can go hiking, golfing, mini golf, horse riding, diving and swimming, as well as windsurfing and fishing. The area also offers tennis, archery, climbing, trail running and much more. There are also many easy or more challenging hiking routes available for nature lovers. Bicycle trips and mountain biking are an absolute highlight in the beautiful region. Bike parks Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Leogang, and Kitzsteinhorn are very close.

Summer activities

In the winter mountains you can practice various activities in the snowy landscape: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, horse-drawn sleigh rides, snowshoe hikes, freeriding, hiking. You can relax in our in-house heated indoor pool after skiing or in bad weather or visit the modern “Tauern-Spa”.

Mountain & winter time

The newly opened Tauern Therme is located about 5 kilometers away and invites you to recharge your batteries and recharge your batteries.
